[MKW TAS] Luigi Circuit - 1:08.091 (No Super Grind)

Tools used: TAS input, frame advance, savestates, slow downs and RAM watch

1:07 may be possible with wallclip sc but I decided not to use it since I wasnt sure If it could count as a glitch. Lap3 lost about 1 frame at the ramp, I couldnt use STA cause it fu.cked up my alignment for the sc.
