God Mewtwo: Adventure (Melee Character Mod TAS)

I've further edited God Mewtwo's moves to make him even more OP, for fun. Shadow Ball does more damage, and can be rapid fired. Most aerials and tilts come out faster, and Teleport now does damage at the beginning and end of the move.
