Final Fantasy VI SNES version, played on North American SNES console (modded for component video output) with OEM controller (no turbo). Timing is from selecting New Game to the start of Kefka's death animation.
"Glitchless" means that Joker Doom and Vanish-Doom (which can instantly kill enemies/bosses regardless of immunity to instant death attacks) are not used, along with NPC/event trigger phasing glitches that can be used to skip part of Locke's World of Balance scenario and certain Kefka's Tower minibosses.
Started as a 100% (all characters/Espers) attempt - switched to Any% after getting a good enough World of Balance for a chance at an Any% PB. Was NOT expecting another PB so soon after last weekend's 5:14. This was largely made possible by a 4 cycle fishing minigame and a much cleaner World of Ruin grinding segment - poor Kefka's Tower pre-emptive and Tier 3 luck prevented 5:12.
