This video is a glitchfest that demystifies the Ocarina of Time glitches that no casual viewer ever understands (Get Item Manipulation and Reverse Bottle Adventure), while also serving as an introduction to OoT speedrunning in general. This is the biggest project of my life so far and I hope you enjoy it.
tl;dr the game gets confused

Ocarina of Time - Low% MST in 3:12:13 by zfg (July 2017)
After bakeneko singlehandedly revived the longer Low% categories (AD, MST and RDO), zfg decided to pick up Low% MST and make a post-commentary for it. This commentary is undoubtedly the best introduction to OoT Low%, and goes into great detail about its definition, limitations, routing and tricks. This video is especially fun to watch if you've already seen a lot of OoT speedruns, because it contains a lot of unique glitches that you've probably never seen before. This video is extremely underrated.
Ocarina of Time - Any% in 18:10 by Cosmo (July 2014)
This is one of the best OoT speedruns of all time, and also one of the best post-commentaries of all time. Not only does it explain all the tricks, but also goes into the history of OoT speedrunning. It remains noob-friendly while also conveying how amazing the run is. This is Cosmo's magnum opus.
The Evolution of Glitchless Speedruns in Ocarina of Time by dannyb21892 (August 2017)
Glitchless/Bug Limit doesn't have that many tricks, so a full commentated run wouldn't work very well for it (it's over 3 hours long). This 18 minute video fully covers the category's history and explains its tricks, which means it has all the information you could want out of a post-commentary.

Majora's Mask in 2 Pauses in 2:54:38 by Keeta (February 2015)
This is a LOTAD (Low Optimization Tool Assisted Demonstration, basically a non-optimized TAS) made and commentated by Keeta, where he beats Majora's Mask using only 2 pauses. This run's glitches are insane and unique, and Keeta's hilarious commentary makes this video an all-time classic.
(This is "part 1" of the series of low pause Zelda LOTADs.)
Ocarina of Time 3D - All Dungeons in 1:57:23 by benstephens56 (live commentated at AGDQ 2017)
If you've seen a lot of OoT speedruns, but you're unfamiliar with OoT3D speedrunning (or you've only seen any%), this will be a really entertaining run for you. It contains tons of insane glitches that don't exist in OoT, on-the-fly routing, and benstephens' enthusiastic commentary keeps it entertaining for its entire length.
Majora's Mask - Low% TAS in 1:54:42 by Eumeus and omgatree6 (October 2017)
https://www.twitch.tv/videos/184037542 (watch on Twitch for chat replay)
This is a TAS made and commentated by Eumeus and omgatree6, and co-commentated by zfg. This TAS has insane glitches, it's well optimized and it's filled to the brim with swag strats (since MM's time system forces you to wait a lot). This video is extremely underrated.
Skyward Sword - Any% in 4:59:41 by gymnast86 (March 2017)
This is a post-commentated world record by gymnast86, who's made many great videos explaining glitches in 3D Zelda games. Honestly, I haven't watched this one, because I haven't played SS yet and I don't want any spoilers, but I'm sure it's good.
The Wind Waker HD - All Dungeons in 2:48:28 by gymnast86 (May 2017)
This is another post-commentary by gymnast86. Undoubtedly the best introduction to TWWHD speedrunning. The route and glitches are explained really well, and especially item sliding keeps the run very flashy from the moment gymnast obtains the grappling hook.
